This class is focused on developing a deep sense of caring for self and all creation by using guided
meditation and the Buddhist practice of Loving Kindness Meditation.   Learn to soften the heart and
“sweeten the mind” with these powerful practices.

Reiki I Certification with Donna Pollin and Terri Griesi, Reiki Masters

Become attuned to the practice of Reiki, an ancient hands-on healing modality. Learn the history and

hand positions, become familiar with the chakra system, experience receiving and giving Reiki. You will
leave certified, in possession of one Reiki symbol, able to give Reiki treatments to yourself, family and pets.
