About the Event
Join Natalie Apadula as she guides you through restorative poses while integrating reiki and energy healing throughout the practice. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and ready for a fresh start in a new year.
This class is offered in-person only.

Natalie is a 200 RYT with certifications in Yin and Restorative yoga.
