About the Event
Vīrabhadrāsana II (Warrior II), Vīparita Vīrabhadrāsana (Reverse Warrior), and Baddha Vīrabhadrāsana (Humble Warrior) are three poses we practice in almost any level yoga class. We've done them so often that we may get into habits that create poor alignment and, possilby, injuries.
In this workshop, we'll explore each pose in depth, including modifications, and learn how limb length, body type, height, and hyper extending might be getting in the way of feeling comfortable in our warriors! Stretching and gentle flow sequences will be practiced throughout the class.
