Gentle/Beginner Class

Mondays Gentle/Beginner class is BACK!

Beginning November 9, 6-7:15 PM

Antonette guides students through a slower paced class to ease you back into a practice or get you on the road to one. We'll focus on

prānāyāma (breath work) and āsana (poses) then end with a

relaxing śavāsana.

Suggested props, if you have them:

yoga mat or large towel

blocks or something similar (books?)
