Gentle Class

Saturday Gentle class is now available ONLINE!

Beginning November 14, 9-10:15 AM

Gentle Yoga is a blend of breath awareness, stretching, and

basic and restorative āsana (poses)

It encourages flexibility, improves strength and balance, and reduces stress.

Perfect for the beginning practitioner or someone trying to get back into

a regular practice.

Suggested props, if you practice online:

yoga mat or large towel

blocks or something similar (books?)

blanket(s)
