In-Person class designed for Seniors & YFCC students

As we age, falling often becomes one of our biggest concerns. This class will help improve balance through gentle stretches, slow movement, & breath work. We’ll practice getting up & down from the floor, & use props (tennis balls, blocks, rollers) to release & relax.
