Japa Mala meditation is a meditation technique that combines touch with a repeated mantra (either silently or aloud). Deep breathing, sacred sound, and the slow steady rhythm of the mantra create entertainment for the mind along with the touch connection, through mala beads, that induce specific brainwave states, reducing stress and calming the mind. (Please have mala of 108 beads for our practice.) Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti (I am Peace) is a mantra used to find peace within and share it with the world. Chanting shanti three times represents mind, body, and soul. $55 for full series (includes recorded videos of each class for use on your own)
