Service Description

Bring your wrist and ankle weights and get ready for a multi-level yoga flow that will help tone muscle, strengthen stamina, and aid bone density. This class is a medium paced class that allows you to settle into a pose before moving, with weights, to add resistance to your flow. Recommended weights: 1 - 1.5 lb. ankle and/or wrist weights
