In this thoughtful practice, learn to listen to the signals of your body and adjust your practice in a way that works best to improve flexibility and increase strength. Mindful breathing, slower movements, longer holds, and an emphasis on releasing into the stretch will help students enter a deep state of relaxation at the end of class.
Suggested props: yoga blocks or bath towel, and yoga strap or cloth belt or tie.
