Service Description

Embrace the sounds of the beach with Tibetan singing bowls & ocean drum. Enjoy the subtle aroma of summer incense as you open the heart, hips, & mind to the new season. Katie guides you gently into 3 - 5 supported yoga poses to open & stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system & prepare the body for the summer season. You will need: your mat 4 yoga blankets or beach towels 2 yoga blocks 1 pillow or bolster eye pillow (optional)
