Service Description

A creative & dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link āsanas (yoga poses), each class is different. Āsanas are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, build strength, & allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm. Expect a combination of Prānāyāma (breath work), challenging yet accessible sequences, & refreshing, meditative movement. Each class is an opportunity to be intentional, grounded, & connected to mind, body, and heart. This mixed-level class is designed for students with some yoga experience.
